Jeff Van Wart opened the Cantella Houston office in 2006. As the Branch Manager, Jeff brings extensive experience in Sales, Investment Analysis, Trading, and complete operational management. He graduated from Southwestern University with a degree in Finance and Economics. In his career in the Investment Advisory and Brokerage Industry he has served as Executive Vice President, Branch Manager, Operation and Financial Manager, Portfolio Analyst and Financial Advisor. Jeff also was an Assistant Vice President for a large Mutual Fund Company, and a Portfolio Manager for an over one billion dollar public fund investment portfolio. He has also worked in the debt and private capital arenas. Jeff is also President of King Capital Advisors.

Mr. Van Wart is a registered broker with The Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and is  FINRA registered  7, 24, 63 and 65. He is also a member of the NACD (National Association of Corporate Directors). Jeff has been named by Texas Monthly as a Five Star Wealth Manager.

Mr. Van Wart has extensive experience serving on Boards and as Committee Chairs of various Financial Institutions.

Jeff enjoys outdoor activities, ranching, and youth athletics.
